As part of the modernization of the Wavrechain-Sous-Denain wastewater treatment plant, SUEZ selected the Europelec aeration solution for the complete replacement of the fine bubble air diffusers in the biological basin on behalf of SIAD.
A total of 900 AQUATUBE 90 fine bubble diffusers were installed, along with a new complete distribution manifold, to meet the increased oxygen demand in the aeration tank.
The AQUATUBE 90 stands out for its robustness (glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene), corrosion resistance, and ability to reduce pressure losses. Its operation is optimized to ensure high oxygen transfer efficiency over the long term, even under demanding conditions.
